Lessons Learnt From a Half-Marathoner

Thanks for the wishes, guys!

The half-marathon was to start at 6:30 AM. Being the lazy bum that I am, I woke at around 5:15 AM, and reached the venue at 5:55 AM, just in time for the full marathon kick-off. I met this guy from Pune who completed it in 01h50. He said this was his second half-marathon, and had practiced well in advance for it. So, next year, I'm looking forward to a much better timing.

Chafing against fabric. In news from other regions, some trekkers oil their thighs before setting out. Some others positively waddle back.
