i never write in this thing anymore but today i got extensions. im a mermaid!!!! hahaha
excuse my undies hanging out. today was the end of a 2 12-hr work days and im fucking exhausted! thursday was 8-8 and then i came home and put flyers in bulletins for my dad (there was like 2000) so i was up until 2. got up today at 7 to be at work at 8 30 so i could get my extensions and then work till 6. when i got home i passed out for a couple hours.
bad things that happened this morning:
i was putting on my make up and the stud in my nose has disappeared!! what the hell!!! and it had already closed up halfway. i might have been able to shove the other stud in but i was in a hurry and didnt feel like repiercing myself bc i didnt have a whole lot to clean it with. so i figure im better off starting over anyway. ugh, it fucking hurt though.
i got ANOTHER speeding ticket this morning. i was SO tired that i accidently went through a red light, AFTER being stopped for a couple mins, but somehow i thought the light turned green and started going. halfway through i realized the the 2 turn lanes from the intersecting road were turning. HOW THE HELL DID I THINK MY LIGHT WAS GREEN??? luckily there was 3 lanes and i was in the furthest one away from the oncoming traffic. so i pulled over in this shopping center to freak out for a couple minutes and then figured i was ok so i left. turns out its 8 am and the fucking elementary school that you cant see has the damn school zone thing on, but since i came out of the shopping center i didnt really pass the blinking lights and didnt think about it either. so im going 43 (according to officer) when its really 25. oops. but he reduced the ticket to 39 in a 25 so i wont get any points. im probably gonna go to court. at least he didnt see me go through that red light....lol.
but then i got my extensions and almost everything was ok.
i really need a scrunchie to put my hair up in when i sleep....but the last time i had one was like 8 years ago :( im too lazy to go to walgreens.
i met the coolest guy at work today. i was going to check him out but after his haircut, he had asked about the repechage candles we're giving away for the hourly prizes...and susan didnt know the price and so he was just waiting for like ever but the whole time we talked. this one song from ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND came on the radio (we switched stations and i love it. its not cheesy hi energy shit anymore thank god). it was that song where jim carrey is driving down the road crying and its like "i need your loving" so i said 'this song is in that movie ESSM, have you seen it?' and he said yes and he loved it and then we talked about garden state and other movies that are equally as good. and then i told him about how kevin (obviously i didnt say kevin bc he doesnt know who the fuck that is) is training me in star wars. we've watched episodes 4,5, and 6 so far. and the beginning of 1. but i wanted to to go to bed. but anyway, he told me a bunch of cool stuff about the movie like about all the sound effects and why mark hammel's face was so jacked up in episode 5. i love the wompa. hahahahahha i want a wompa stuffed animal. theyre just crazy looking. but back to the candles he was wanting: he told me that his wife is into making candles and what not. like hand made everything and custom scents and apparently shes really good at it. so he asked susan about who to talk to about selling the candles in the salon. i think thats something that could do well there. and then he started telling her and amy about it and he asked what kind of candle they would like as a sample/thank you for pricechecking repechage candles for 3089897 hours and then he asked me what i wanted and i guess soon he will bring them. i love the fresh/naturey scents...like the ocean and stuff. kevin just got some fresh rain essential oil, i love it. the guy (his name is george) is also gonna find the stuff online about the star wars sound effects. sometimes i like my job when i meet cool ppl like him and norma mcdonald. shes my favorite. i'll miss them whenever i quit.
well im tired as shit. i cant wait for sushi tomorrow night MMMMMMMMMMMMM
