Well, now that things are back as they should be, an' people seem t'be settlin' down, how's about a barbecue? There's talk of the festival still, so I can always set up shop to barbecue durin' the event. I mean, I was plannin' on caterin' anyhoo, but this way I'll crack two eggs with one hand, as th'sayin' goes. Actually, it's some stupid sayin' about birds, but pfffffft.
*sigh* Things aren't th'same with Ma'am Taki away an' busy though. Th'café gets plenty o'customers, but not enough gossipers. I need sumthin' scandalous t'talk about, an' no one stops by for a simple chat anymore. An' there's so much t'talk about! Who am I gonna gossip with? Mister Watari's duck?! I dun' think so. Things just dun' have that same spark without Mister Albert around. I need someone to hate. A rival. Holdin' a monopoly is fine an' dandy for my wallet, but it's boring. Even Pahn's not stoppin' by as often as usual, but I think sumthin's up with him an' Ma'am Ronnie. I'm dyin' to find out...tch. I hate not knowin' stuff like that. Maybe I should run another promotional food sale...that might draw people out. Or I could just dress Mister Akaghi up in sumthin' funny...that'd work too.
Ohh, but I do have a new plan for advertisin', an' I'd like to speak with any o'my workers who are quick on their feet, 'specially Mister Stallion...if you'd be so kind as to listen to a job proposal. Eh, an' Mister Nash, when are you plannin' on gettin' back to work, you slacker? Evil spirit or no, I only give my workers so many days off for sick-time, an' you're not earnin' a coin while you're away, in case no one told you.
