I really could not care less about the Stanley Cup playoffs, but I find the following things related to the Stanley Cup playoffs interesting and/or retarded:
1) From kitchen I hear announcer say that the Anaheim Ducks have won I think 12 playoff games by one goal and wtf how often do you get a goal in hockey because the puck flew off of someone's skate unpredictably, it is all happenstance silliness.
2) While eating dinner I observe uniformed people at the Anaheim rink marching onto the ice with US flags and telling everyone to salute the US and the US military. I get that it is D-Day anniversary but the whole thing is cheesy. Furthermore I don't see what prevented them from saluting everyone who went into Normandy. You know, the Allies.
3) Anaheim Ducks are allowed to warm up before games but apparently they often refuse to let their opponents do the same thing. See

Or the national anthem of the other team. It isn't professional wrestling, just enjoy the sport without being a dick about it. The guys on your team are probably all from Finland anyway.
Edit: Apparently the Ducks have more Canadians on their team than the Senators do.
