I second this, especially if we are talking movieverse; according to the novelization Tony was born in 1973, making him 35 in 2008. :)

pretty sure he's around 37ish, going by him and Rhodey being at spring break in 1987 and him graduating MIT at 17. RDJ has also talked about the second movie having Tony deal with facing 40.

You know, the tagline "Tony hits 40. 40 hits back," while it would be a complete and utter ripoff of Lois McMaster Bujold, would also be awesomesauce.
