I'm lookin' for input from people who have no idea what I'm talking about here to tell me if things are unclear. As part of my engineering service, I chose to rewrite a design problem, since so many people in my class (ALL of us...) took this in different ways. I'd appreciate any input.

Maybe rewrite the problem by switching the paragraphs around and rewording them?

Looks as if it's an english assignment rather than anything engineering related.

It's an engineering thing. The book problem was very poorly worded and the 9 people in my class did it in 7 different ways, interperting it in 7 different ways (we had 2 groups of 2). THIS is my rewrite. The original problem was even worse.

And 'engineering service' translates into us doing Tim's job for him. It's very irritating.

They're engineers, not english majors ;-)
