I just need to get this off my chest: maybe it's because I never had a "normal" social life in college, maybe it's because I'm not there anymore and I miss it subconsciously or something else altogether, but the whole college social scene is so ridiculous to me. I've always been somewhat skeptical/hesitant about the whole thing. I never felt

i don't know if that kind of social scene is "normal" or whether it's just high-profile, but i don't fit into it either. i know that i share some of those best memories you're talking about...

and i can't wait to get back into school so that i can have two more years of that special level of hell called college... man i miss it.
