(no subject)
I've been overwhelming myself with videogames and music. For the past 2 days, I've done nothing but sit on my computer all day, with either the keyboard or my guitar in hand. Hell, yesterday I even recorded a pretty bad cover of Norwegian Wood. Everything needs to be re-done except for the guitar, which was a pretty good performance. Who wants to donate some money, say, $100, for a nice new mixer for good ol' Flip? And who wants to get me a dynamic mic and large diaphram condenser mic?
The creative song-writing process has begun. I have two, that's right, TWO songs underway. Both are instrumental because I can't sing well enough (yet). All these months of reading stuff is starting to pay off. Maybe I'll even post a link to some songs eventually, who knows. I wanna know how many people would be interested in hearing it. I promise it won't be anything like Straight Curve (shudder).
Can anyone sing? I imagine acoustic instrumentals might get boring after a while. I also cannot write lyrics for my life. Suggestions anyone?

I move in on Sunday, woohoo! Can't wait to see everyone I haven't seen since May. And the suite, oh man, I'm excited. And soon I can see all my buddies up at Keene as well. ^_^
Sorry for the meaningless entry, I'm trying to kill time until this demo finishes downloading. I can't play my mmo because all my bandwidth is going to this download. I really wish I had something faster than DSL. Oh well, I'll be up on a cable line in school, funded by our suite.
