Well... I just ran for the first time in 8 months, and god *DAMN* do I suck ass..
Took me 35 minutes and 45 seconds to run 3.36 miles. I fucking *suck.*
It's even worse since I used to be able to run 3 miles in 22 minutes and 30 seconds.
Time to get off my ass.
