If you open a door to the world, the world will break that door off at the hinges and make no effort to fix it after you're emptied.
Once the interactions begin, they will ignore you like the dead.
Now that the heater is working again, it's a bit easier. When it's as cold inside as it is outside, there's really nowhere to escape, and even if there were, there's all the exposure to the anger of the snow and wind to be endured whilst unburying the car.
Romance is a waste, and people are stupid. Nothing is sacred and nothing's worth preserving - intimacy is a lie, morality is a waste, and dreams are just the forbearings of disillusion.
