(no subject)
Is it fair that since I'm technically a student at GPC I wrote some stupid essay for a scholarship and was chosen among the top 3% and am having my essay reviewed to receive up to $10,000? I'm sure it isn't having somebody with an English degree competing against a bunch of 17 year old high school students...but ask me if I care? I need the money more than they do unless they also have a baby.
I'm 24 now. So fucking old. And what have I accomplished? Some people say I had Jack, but I don't call that an accomplishment. I didn't really do anything and it was an accident. Sure I've kept him alive to this point, but is that really an accomplishment since that's what every other parent on the planet does too? I only consider things that are extraordinary accomplishments, and thus far I haven't had any and I have no hopes that I will anytime soon.
