Dude. The Freedom Force were the ones that were actually able to capture the Brotherhood, and put them away. Unlike others, say like, SHIELD and the Avengers. It was not at all their fault that Magneto got out.

I heard it's Jean Grey's fault. So you should redirect your statements at her.
