Gotham's not really my bailiwick, so far be it from me to tell your police department, much less your local winged rodent, how to go about their business. But if this were one of my rogues, I'd be disturbed. Maybe, as one of Gotham's leading citizens, you could express to Die Fleidermaus that he ought to spend more time catching lunatics like this, and less time breaking your furniture and requiring me to pay for it.
