Well, looks like things at my job are going to get more interesting real soon~ Because from the looks of things, Kai-san is about to start working with me. He needed a job, so I told him I would talk to my boss about it. ...And surprisingly, he ended up okaying things without me even needing to say a second word about it. But it seems Bossman Okada is actually kinda excited knowing another of my friends is coming to work with us. That might be because he's probably imagining Kai-san to be more like me though. I don't claim to be anything special when it comes to my job, but I suppose because of me being young and built the way I am, I can work faster and have more endurance than the majority of the crew. I seriously doubt Kai-san will be able to work at the same pace that I do, though. At least, not currently. Maybe once he's been at it for a while and built up some more muscle mass.
Anyway, I'm kinda excited myself knowing he's coming to work with me~ Since tennis is over with, I haven't had as many chances to hang out with him anymore. But if we're working together, we'll end up seeing each other all the time. ...It makes me glad~ We might've become friends under weird circumstances, and he used to annoy the hell out of me originally, but...I'm happy we became friends. Even if he is still a chore to deal with sometimes~ ...And I would hate it if he graduated and I never saw him again. So it's good that I'll see him at work. I'm also apparently going to be in charge of his training alongside Saibara-sempai. Sempai can be a hardass sometimes, though. So I hope Kai-san doesn't end up actually dying in the process of being trained because of it. I'll try my best to make it easier for him. Hey, Masaya, you do what you can to help him out with whatever also. I'm sure you two will become friends before long that way, too.
...Oh yeah, btw, are your parents done being mad at you yet? Kaasan keeps saying to not go over to your place because your folks will get mad at me thanks to her telling them that I'm probably partially to blame since I don't want to go to college either. Which in her mind means you must be copying me and just doing what I do. ...Heh~ Going on that, I bet she'd think I was to blame for Kai-san deciding the same also if I told her. Because everything is obviously my fault and I'm a bad friend for corrupting others to my ways and a bad son for not wishing to further my own education and restricting myself to low-paying jobs because of it and blah blah blah more angry old woman rants...
...Though seriously... They're not still pissed, are they?
