What day is today? It's Saeru's birthday!
At least that's what most of my electronic organizational tools keep telling me anyway. It's funny how as a digital society we've been conditioned to not remember so much information just because we have machines to remind us from time to time. I used to know the phone numbers of all of my friends, their parents, and the Jimmy Johns down the street. Once I got a cell phone however, that information when right out the window. May the patron saint of digital information help me if I ever lose my phone and my computer at the same time. I'd lose the ability to contact whole swaths of people.
Anyway, happy birthday Sae. Even though we don't get to see each other often, you've still been a pretty awesome friend to have over the years. I hope this day finds you doing what you love.
