First time really celebrating Mardi Gras. I felt as if I did it in a rightous way, putting my plan for lent into action a day early.
I will have a simple life for the next 40 days. Not extra spending on anything but necessities. Live by my personal paychecks for going out to eat or buying gum or something.
This really is going to be my time with God. I know that something you do for Lent should be something that you do all year any way. But it's a good starting point.
