Adventure in a nearby Third World country
Went to Tijuana Sunday morning with Miriku to look for an authentic Mexican classical guitar. We only were able to find one due to shops being closed on Sunday (doh!). He insisted I take it. It sounds just like I remembered. We had a good time,got served breakfast by a guy with a big "18" tattoo on his throat, saw a lot of interesting reminders that we live in a real-life version of Disneyland, and I got a cool guitar out of the deal. Memorable.
