Rum is for drinking, not burning
So it's been a long few days. Drinking myself into a stupor has pretty much become the nightly routine. I wish I could say it's getting old, but watching the cartoons on www.fat-pie.com while I'm wasted is my new favorite hobby. Maybe just because I can't really comprehend in my drunken state, so I just sit there and watch them over, and over. If you haven't seen these beauties, check 'em and be blown the fuck away.
I think all the drinking is just my way of getting ready for tour. I know there's all sorts of drunken debauchery to expect so I gotta show all these new jacks how we roll. We start rehearsals in two weeks before we head out on March 14th so we can be in Florida for the first day of tour on the 17th. It's gonna be the shit, I've only toured with my current band once on Ozzfest last year and I think it's been the best touring experience I've had for a long time.
I just got an e-mail confirming my purchase of a bottle of Absinthe from some French distributor. Can't say I remember doing that, but I'm sure somebody probably brought up it in the midst of all the partying and I was all fucked up and was like "You want Absinthe, I'll get it right fucking now!" and then proceeded to do so. I'm kind of excited for it to get here. I haven't had any since White Zombie toured Europe in the early 90's, well that's the last time I remember drinking it anyway. Who's down to get annihilated on some Absinthe with me?
