god, god, GOD - almost every other day stephen fry seems to start wittering about the BBC or the pope or anything else that seems to bother his dainty, pompous, brain and.... i've HAD ENOUGH!
don't get me wrong - i love "a bit of fry and laurie" and "jeeves and wooster", but slowly and surely this great talent of a man, this massive brain in tweeds is just... getting ridiculous. a man of his skills and talents and knowledge REALLY shouldn't keep badgering on about the press and critics in some attempt to cover the fact he's not done anything beyond mild fripperies for the last god knows how long. and HOW DARE the man womble along about the BBC not taking risks and "creating a culture of blandness" when we're faced with YET MORE pitiful episodes of "QI" or stephen and his chums wittering on vaguely about whatever nonsense amuses them...
i've said it before and i'll say it again. stephen fry is becoming peter ustinov before our VERY EYES. a man of great talents pissing it away to become a mere raconteur... and i for one say NO MORE. i am from here on in a naysayer of mr fry. i am on stephen fry strike. he can BOH all he likes but i won't have any more if it
