The Lockhearts: 1.1
Welcome back to the quickest update for a legacy that I've ever produced! I just want to get this show on the road and use the massive mountain of photos I've accumulated. This update will be on the shorter side though, just so I can split important events up a little more evenly. So yes! The Lockhearts! As previously promised: Underwear! Pie! Larvae! Unicorns! And, yes, fishing!
Last time: Caroline slept on a bench, Cody fell in love with a pink poodle, Casper wanted to start gardening, everyone fished... FOR DAYS! And Caroline and Casper got hitched!

Since Casper is a natural cook, wants to learn every recipe ever, and is in the culinary carer track, he does a lot of this. Caroline doesn't mind because she burns everything.
She has gotten quite good on the guitar, much to the pleasure of her boss and coworkers.

Because maternity leave is boring as hell, Caroline decided to go to the fall festival. I guess the haunted house turned her into a ghost before the pie eating competition. And, yes, she is indeed wearing her formal attire. This reminded me the one of her other traits is proper. Which basically means she switches to formal wear anytime she sees anyone.
There we go, much better. She wanted to play guitar in the park, even though she can't even play for tips yet. I think she just likes to make other people feel insignificant about their musical abilities.

This is really all Casper does when they're not gettin' down n' dirty.
And this is all Caroline really did during her maternity leave

I think something is seriously up with the toad population in this town...
Casper rolled the wish to learn Alchemy, so, I let him.
Caroline ran into Chardonnay again, and hung out with her for a bit in the middle of the night.
They really are great friends.
And because she was BFF's with Cody, Dumbledore, and Chardonnay, Caroline tried to invite her into the household once again.
Chardonnay was having none of it.
So I love my new lighting mod. Absolutely love it. It makes everything always pretty. The star field replacement is also pretty kick ass if you ask me.
Even though she hadn't completed her task of proving she was a friend to all animals, Chardonnay still loved Caroline enough to bless her again.
Just a pregnant lady in a veil reading the newspaper, nothing weird here. Nothing weird at all.
Except, whoops labor time!

So I decided to send them to the hospital because reasons.
Have I mentioned that I also love winter? Well I do, I really do.
After the birth of their child, both Casper and Caroline were sad to learn that two of their relatives had passed on. They were pleased to learn, however, that both relatives had left them a hefty inheritance. So with that and the money they'd saved up, they sold the house and closed the deal on a new one before they'd even left the hospital.
But for some reason, separate cabs were necessary...
This gorgeous home was designed by PralineSims. Yes, Caroline likes to wear her wedding dress. A lot. And no that's not a blue larvae she's holding... No blue larvae at all...
Of course, I had to redesign the entire interior. And what house is complete without a TARDIS?
So yeah, okay, maybe it was a blue larvae. This is Schmendrick everyone! Caroline decided to name all of her children after characters from The Last Unicorn. As you can see, he inherited his mother's magical qualities.
Casper is a great daddy. I'm sure we'll get a better picture of Schmendrick soon... And yes, still a horrible simmer, because I forgot all of his traits. Sue me!
Caroline decided to quit her job in the music career and become an Alchemist. So I bought her her own Alchemy station... thing.
And Dumbledore aged up! Casper likes to play with him frequently.
He was also extremely excited about his new kitchen.
He got right to work on stocking the fridge with awesome meals.
He was smiling the whole time, and it was adorable.
Caroline is also a good mommy. She rolled a ton of wishes to snuggle and play with Schmendrick.
I just really love this house, okay? Okay.
And piano because, well why the hell not? I play piano myself, so I always make sure at least one of my simmies in every family gains the skill.
Sorry Schmendrick, I'm terrible at taking pictures of you :(
Still horndogs.
Caroline was in charge of child-rearing responsibilities since Casper has a real-person grown-up job.
Caroline likes to check the shelter for available pets to adopt.
And Casper likes to read his recipes.
She's so adorbs I just can't handle it!
Schmendrick was not nearly as excited by his first word as Caroline was.
