I've been horribly out of touch for the last month or so. Work and real life have been pretty crazy (not to mention seeing a grizzly bear up close and personal while on vacation in Canada), but I have been popping on-line to read my flist every few days and am very grateful that you keep me around in spite of my silence.
I'm recing (is that a word?) H/G fics for
crack_broom this month, and rather than spam you all with cross posts, I will just post a master list of recs at the end of the month. My icon skills are nearly non-existent, but I did make this one from
ericahpfa's fantastsic H/G/L piece "Threesome" and am rather fond of it :)
What else? I finally had my husband read a couple of things I wrote - and he liked them!

I'm still working on a couple of stories - one that I really, really want to post on the one year anniversary of DH. It probably won't happen, but it's something to shoot for.
Anyway, I hope the Americans among you enjoyed the holiday. We went on a nice family bike ride and then headed downtown to watch the fireworks. On the agenda for today is the hot air balloon festival in Battle Creek. Tomorrow is reserved for catching up on comments and all the HBP movie news from the last few days.
