The Good:

-Sara is officially, totally, completely, indescribably made of Awesome.  I had A Day O' Crappay on Monday (woohoo, check me out, I rhyme), and she stopped by my work and "surprised" me!  Actually, she had to call for directions and was hoping to get anyone but me, but hey, I'm the Army O' One here at The Office.  Whatever it is, I usually do it, like answer the phones.  I digress.  I now have the absolute coolest button evar and a very neat bottle stopper.  I love you sister.

-I was introduced to PodRunner this week, and I am officially in true love.  Love, love, love I say.

-I have paid off my surgery and my credit card!  Yay!  Only the credit reserve line left, and that's less than $X,XXX.  Sorry, I'm kind of shy about my debts...

-This is July Fourth Week, so I can haz long weekendz.  Hee!

-HELEN IS COMING THIS WEEK!  And she's bringing her pup Gracie.  Teh Cute!  Teh Yay!

The Bad:

-I can haz PMS.  Luckily for me this time it seems only to be bringing severe bouts of exhaustion.  Boys, I know you sympathize, and I do appreciate it, but I think it's impossible for (a few of) you to really understand that PMS is no joke.  PMS could be anything.  Mood swings.  Weight gain.  Irritability.  Tiredness.  Headaches.  Backaches.  Cravings of all kinds (hey, I ate six of those WW dessert thingies yesterday - thank heavens they were only one point each).  A desire for solitude. Inexplicable bouts of melancholy.  And that's not PMDD, that's just plain ol' PMS.

-Because I can haz PMS, I's not wanting to work out AT ALL.  I set the alarm to get up and cross train today, but my body said, "Um, no.  You're not going to move from this bed for at least another hour.  So screw you."

-I'm really very intimidated by the 5K I'm supposed to run later this month.  Sara and I went to check out the trail and I thought I was going to cry.  I have a hard enough time making my miles just outside (read: not on a treadmill), the mountainous hilly trail made my blood run cold.

-I'm at work and it's a stunning 75 degree day.
