When I sat down, I felt like I had a big post in me. Now? Not so much.

There is a glorious day outside, I am happy in so many ways, I am healthier than I've been in years (and that goes beyond physical health), there is forward motion in my life, I want for nothing important, and I am going to get out there and run today.

I hope everyone out there is well and happy.
