Thursday was the day of my biggest mental breakdown ever. My schedule for the day went something like this:
- 2:10 : Get home and shower
- 2:20 : Out of shower, dressed
- 2:45 : At the school to pick C up for lesson
- 3:30 : Arrive at Miss K's house for lesson
- 4:30 : Leave Miss K's house
- 5:00 : Arrive home, change into dress
- 5:10 : Arrive at school for Baccaloreate
Actual schedule turned out to be:
- 2:00 : Get out of school and yell at siblings
- 2:05 : Nearly get hit by van going 45 mph in the 20 mph zone
- 2:10 : Arrive home and jump in shower, crying with Dad yelling at me to slow down and stop being a bitch and Mom trying to figure out why I'm crying
- 2:15 : Shower, shower, shower as quickly as possible
- 2:20 : Mom asks if I want to skip the lesson and I say yes
- 2:20-3:00 : Cry and ask the wall why I have to care so much about being on time
- 3:05-5:00 : Nap
- 5:05 : Realize I need to be at the school and rush to get dressed
- 5:15 : Arrive at school, worried that I'm late
- 5:25 : Miss L. arrives... later than I was
Other than that, bacc. was nice and the teacher that spoke was hilarious.
My co-worker almost smashed my car leaving work last night. Graduation was wonderful and sort of sad. My friend D who was there turned to me and said "You know... this means that we're seniors now."
Relay for Life was today. I figured that everyone would be there yesterday night or early this morning, so I decided to go at three and stay til the end. Got there, found where our group was and found a bag of chips and that was it. I walked around the track after calling Mom and asking her what to do. I took pictures and bought a flag and a lemonade before leaving. I'm hurt... a lot. This was something that I had been looking forward to since freshman year (Baton Reigonals were the same weekend all the other years) and to not find anyone on the team there stung. Even the lady who told me where they would be said "A lot of groups are leaving." IT WAS FRICKIN' 3:00!! THE THING IS SUPPOSED TO RUN UNTIL 6:00!!!
