A girl was raped and beaten this morning in a bathroom at TU.
I'm really unsettled, disturbed, sad...not at all okay.
It's been that kind of day, and this is awful.
Not that they locked down campus, not that security asked everyone on campus to be on the lookout for anything suspicious...but that they had to. The fact that something so terrible could happen to someone, and could happen so close to home is so awful. The fact that it could have been me, or Stephanie, or Abby or Shannon. The fact that it wasn't.
I'm not at all okay.
