wonder what elijah is up to right now
wow, i'm leaving next thursday. thats in like a week. i have no idea where the time went! it seemed like yesterday that i had about 2 months to prepare for this. but oh my God do i need it. full time student working 25 hours a week while managing my thousands of students and doing all of that CD stuff, yeah, i'm kinda tired. plus, i've never spent a xmas with my paternal nana, so that will be really special. AND i'm really really excited, i'll be gone 3 weeks! ALSO, i'm going to try and score a trip to London or soemthing with Paul and stalk celebrities. i have to talk to him about that. it would be amazing if i could do that.
CD stuff- today we are going in to master the tracks and then they will be finally ready to send in. noel and maggie are on their way there as i type. we're still waiting on susan for the finished product, she's told me that she's unusually busy right now and is trying to get it done ASAP. i wish i could tell her to hurry up, but since she's doing it for free, i'm just happy she's doing it at all. she's sending me something tonight or tomorrow.
i really like the new song jenne is singing, and she's making a 2nd vocal part for kati. its about friggin' time!
yesterday kati and i were working out (well, at least kati was) and we were on the treadmills. kati signed us up for 45 mins, finishing around 7:20pmish. at 7pm two women come up to kati and tell her that its their turn to use the machines. "are you sure?!?"- kati was running "UH, YEAH."- she was obnoxious. so we get off before we're done, and go check the schedules and sure enough, they were wrong. kati proceeded to go and sit on a weight machine and glare at the two women for about 15 mins, cranky as hell. they ruined her (and my, through kati)night.
kati demanded that i write about this, telling the world about how we didn't get to run an extra 15 mins (which, of course, is fine by me in any circumstance).
