the ironic thing is you said this wouldn't happen

Well, I got up and went to all my classes on Thursday, except US History, because it was cancelled. After Physics, I called work and told them I was sick. Since class was canceled, I went home and rested the rest of the day. Friday I went to British History and I can't remember what I spent my day doing. Steve and I made spaghetti and that was delicious. Nathalie, AP and Mike got here and they went to the liquor store and got me a bottle of SoCo. We hung out at our place awhile and then went over to Illini Tower to meet Mike's friend, who gave us a ton of free booze. We pregamed there and I was doing a fake British accent for a long time and had this friend of Mike's totally confused as to whether I was English or American. After leaving IT we went back to my apartment because AP forgot her ID, and then we went to Brothers. We cut the whole line because Jeff Ball was up there, and when we got in I ran into a girl in my poetry class. Mike and I got these drinks called Crushers that were like orange soda floats or something. They were fuckin good. After leaving Bros. we made our way down Green St. and me and Steve were yelling lots of funny stuff. Ran into Dave and Melissa and I spun Melissa around on my shoulders. When we finally got back to the apartment, Steve and I wrestled on the floor for some reason. Don't ask me why, but I have the rug burns to prove it. And the pictures. We went outside on the balcony to do what Mike dubbed "Rage Against the Pedestrians." We ended up yelling at the former tenants of our place, who came up and were in awe of how clean it was. The girl who had my room also had my food cabinet. EERIE! Not really. Anyway, Saturday morning Mike's friend took us to a pancake house in Champaign, and my GOD those pancakes were phenomenal. Seriously. I wanted to cream myself they were so good. I spent a lot of Saturday recovering from my hangover, and went to Seema's apartment to visit her. I met some of her roommates and her friend Ruvi (I think?) who was a cool guy. We all ended up in a circle talking about politics and Seema stops us for a second and goes "Guys, this is so college right now!" It was funny, and even though I knew what she was talking about, leave it to Seema to say it. Baraht came over and lent me a scarf for the Garba Raas Bhangra, and I went and met Li-Wei at Weston. He and I went to Allen, which I had never been inside, and luckily didn't erupt into flames when I walked in or get shot. Because Allen is full of hippies. Anyway, we did the dance lessons there, because Li had never done it and I needed a refresher. That was fun. We left with a bunch of the Allen RAs to the Union and when we got there we had a blast. We didn't Garba too much because there were too many people who didn't know what they were doing. That was also true with the dandiyas but Li and I found a line of people who had a good rhythym. After dandiya, Li and I hung out outside and talked about a lot of stuff. Politics and race issues and stuff. We went back inside where Seema taught me how to bhangra, which was a lot of fun. I got wicked exhausted and went home and slept. Sunday I woke up and watched the Bears game while writing my history paper. Then I went to work. When I got back Steve and I played NHL 2K7 and that games is fun. Monday I went to class. I ran into Patera at Starbuck's and talked to him for awhile. At night I tried writing my poem but couldn't focus. I met Fadia for a cigarette and we talked about things. I went back home and was able to finish my poem pretty quick. Tuesday morning I got up and decided I was only going to go to my first two classes, because physics was a review session anyway and I just didn't feel well. So after class I rested and went to work. I had my physics test at 7 so I was able to take a long lunch for that. On the way back I stopped at Moonstruck and got some tea and sat outside and smoked. I took Nyquil at work, so I was very drowsy when I got home, but Steve and I played more hockey and won the Stanley Cup. This morning I slept through history, did all my laundry, and I've gotta go buy some more books.

I had a dream last night that Leinnes had a beer that was 93% alcohol, and it tasted like kool-aid.
