Yesterday was the Ren. Festivalia...it was so much fun! I can't wait until next year. The only thing was that all the boys were with us pretty much, and none of them seemed like they were having any fun after 3:00 rolled around. I guess it is more of a girls thing, unless you are just one of those guys that is into that stuff. So it was basically Lauren and I (as usual) walking around together and doing everything that we wanted to do. We saw the funniest shows, and all of them are like crowd participation, and none of the boys seemed to enjoy themselves. Which really annoys me. They say that they want to do stuff with us, but then they look miserable when they are there. Thank GOD Lauren was there, because if she had not been, we would have missed all the great shows, and I would not have had that much fun. I totally would have done what the boys had done and be quiet. But it was so much more fun to clap and shout and BE INVOLVED. And then when the boys got taunted by some of the people running the games and stuff, they started being stupid about it. Both Lauren and I got really irritated by that, because you know, those people get paid to bother you and taunt you, and you have no reason to be jerks to them. They do it for the patrons entertainment. And they all started complaining that all the people working there were talking in English accents. Hello! they are supposed to!!!!! But anyway, all in all the day was great, I can't wait until next year. I got to see the chain mail guy, and I got this really beautiful bracelet made out of chain mail. I absolutely love it. And thanks to Lauren knowing where the hell she was going, we (well at least I) got to see all the things I wanted to see, and really got into it. It would not have been as fun without her there.

and hopefully Laur, next year we will go to the Celtic weekend!!!!!!! :)
