(no subject)
So I haven't actually written anything in here in quite awhile...guess I'm overdue. Last Wednesday was my birthday...the big 21! It was fun. Nick came up and we went to Bombers with Gina, Adam, Evan, Kristin, Andy, Steph and Jess :) I drank the whole 60 oz margarita almost by myself! Nick picked up the tab and we headed off. We spent like 20 minutes looking for Washington Tavern and after a bathroom break @ Subway we eventually found it. I got my free bottle of champagne and shared it with the crew (Nick, Adam, Gina and Jess) that came with me. After maybe 15 mins or so we were ready for something different so we corked the champagne bottle with a tampon and headed out ;) Next we went to Sadie Klutz where I got myself a free fruity dink and I think Adam got a beer but for those without birthdays the drinks were expensive so we headed to Partridge Pub after. I got a free shot of some sort from the bartender and then my friends pitched in to buy me a birthday cake shot...it was nasty, took me 2 gulps to get it down and I almost threw it back up! After a couple shots and a bathroom break we went to Graney's and spent the remainder of our night there. I talked to some 36 yr old guy who repeately told me how beautiful I was (haha), offered to take me to dinnner, gave me his # and I got a free drink out of it. There were also a bunch of police officers there...one guy kept singing "Won't you blow me...........A KISS!" By the end of the night I was pretty buzzed and basically don't remember going to bed.
That would explain why the next morning the cinnamon buns made me so nauseous I couldn't even pull them out of the oven. Luckily after a little more sleep that feeling passed. Most of the day was pretty standard, but around 6 or so Heather showed up and we went to Friendly's for dinner where I got a free Sundae! After Friday's I rushed to get ready and after a little pregaming and some presents (VS gift card from Neil, underwear from Coll and Shey, and Citrus Rum from Shawn) the limo showed up almost 20 minutes early and we ook off. We drove around for 20 or 30 mins then went to Jillians. It was pretty dead there so we din't stay long....jut long enough for me to get another free shot :) After Jillian's we wen to The Bayou where a band was playing. The bartender there mad e a really good drink for free. After maybe 30 mins we left, got the limo and went cruising. This time I sat in the back with the girls and screamed at every person I saw! We went through McDonald's drive thru and got food for Colleen and Heather. Then after awhile we headed back and went to Pure. There was a dance floor there, and after getting anooother free drink I joined the girls (and eventually the boys too) for lots of dancing and fun! Some creepy guys started dancing with us at one point, but we were able to get away from them, haha. We left Pure towards the end of the night so after being mooned by some guy on the street we went to Madison's and ordered some pizza. After that Gina, Jess, Adam and Neil went to Stonecrow while the rest of us enjoyed our last 30 mins in the limo as hot shots! Upon returning we inhaled the pizza then went to bed.
All in all it was a good time :) Unfortunately only ONE of my friends paid me the $20 that they each promised so I'm out by ALOT more money than I expected :-/ :( Maybe I'll get some in the near future...I hope? Otherwise I'm kiiinda screwed.
