A lovely third birthday!
We had a wonderful party for Maeve's third birthday! We held it at my sister's ENORMOUS house on the Old Northside, so there was plenty of room to run around. Maeve wore a beautiful dress my sister in law sent her, white with embroidered roses. We were lucky in that James' mother and father came for the party, and my sister's little dog Gus loved having so many people to play with. A pink My Little Pony cake and strawberry ice cream were what Maeve picked, and I was so pleased with her - she opened each present, and looked at it, instead of just diving into the pile, and she said thank you to everyone, including saying, "Thank you for my pink My Little Pony cake, Mama!". Such a sweet girl!
