Another busy Xmas
Wow! What fun we had this year! Maeve absolutely loved her new kitchen, to the point that she didn't even eat her dinner, she was so busy playing with it. We gave it to her and put it together on Xmas Eve, along with some other large gifts. We opened smaller gifts in front of the tree Xmas Morning, then went down to my sister's house in the afternoon for more fun and good food.
Maeve cleaned up yesterday, present wise, but I was pleased to see her helping to pass out gifts to other people, and she was very proud of the soap she had made for her aunt. She told people thank you for each gift, and minded her manners well, even in all the excitement. She also took a shine to my sister's little Westie, following the dog around, and quite probably giving him treats he wasn't supposed to have.
Today, we did errands, had a nice bath, and we're currently making another batch of soap, just for fun. Maeve loves to mix in the colour and the scent!
