I'm going to try and update this weekly or when something interesting happens... as of late I've been writing/drawing in a private journal because I've been feeling a bit antisocial. But I have been keeping tabs on other people's journals so I kinda know what's been going on....?
Apparently everyone came back into town this past week. Adam, Lindsay, and Matt, sorry that I missed you. Perhaps we'll meet again over winter break. I was in Missouri visiting the step familia for Thanksgiving and actually had a pretty decent time. Met my cousin Emily's fiance, Josh, who happens to be 8 days older than me. Saw the Indredibles and National Treasure. Went shopping on Friday and bought myself and Aidan some clothes. Witnessed the first snowfall of the season. It was quite beautiful indeed.
Only 2 more weeks of school and then I'm out for a month! My spring schedule is totally screwed because I'm 3 hours short of being classified as a sophomore, therefore forcing me to register with the freshmen (for sophomore level classes, mind you) leaving me with the crappy teachers that everyone told me not to take. Instead of going to nursing school in the fall, I'll probably go in the spring, that way I can retake classes in case I get B's. Plus there are a few classes I would like to take, such as bioethics and black/white photography, that are not required courses, and an extra semester would give me the time to take them.
Aidan has entered the "terrible twos" stage. maybe they should rename it "terrible toddler". less limiting age-wise. despite the temper tantrums it's a lot of fun. he's learning new words all the time, I really have to watch my mouth around him. as of now I'm trying to teach him to say "chillin' like a villian".
I guess my dating life has been interesting, I'm juggling 3 different guys who serve 3 different roles. Casey is older (26), and he takes me out on dates and works for the Department of Homeland Security and enjoys playing guitar and drinking jager. He's definitely boyfriend material. Chris, Courtney's friend, enjoys drinking in general and we hook up on occasion, no need to go into great detail there. and then there's my friend with benefits who shall remain nameless because too many of you know him.
and I'm about to go check on Aidan and throw some clothes in the dryer.
