Busy Little Bee I am
I have been busy busy busy the past month or so...
Robbie and I have moved out of his parents' house and are back in an apartment for the time being. It's the old one we had back in '09 so yeah it's quite lovely, although the furniture we brought with us is much nicer.
But as for the "for the time being" part...
We're trying to get a house :-3 (for a rough look at our adventures in finding "the one" you can look HERE on my fb)
The one we're trying for is (IMO) a little out of our price range, BUT the Realtor said that we could always try to get it for a lower cost. It's eligible for the FHA $100 down payment and all we gotta do is slap in a refrigerator, stove, and some other furniture and we're good to go. I had a severe O.o; look on my face when the mortgage broker told me my credit scores. I was like "Meeeeh?!?!?! Really?" because they were a lot better than I had thought they were, they're not FABULOUS mind you, but they are okay enough for FHA to consider lending to us. But I did find out that all I gotta do is pay off one old doctor's bill (from where I thought insurance had paid everything but HAHA they didn't ¬_¬ assholes.)and that would actually help boost it a little bit more. But cannot do the credit card means of boosting for a few months as I cannot have anything new pop up on my credit report while we're trying for this house.
I've also been busily writing on my novel. I have once again decided to change a few things up, so far it's looking better and making more sense.
I got a new nephew the other day. He's cute as a button.
I also sort of got a new kitty... O.o; this is #4. This one is actually our roommates, but me thinks she is going to remain with us once he moves off to college. So now we've got Ruby, Merlin, Nugget, and Dixie.
