Okay, so tonight I went to the intercultural club's dinner. It was wonderful, and both my roomie Cari and my neighbor Alyse danced...and were wonderful, of course!
On my way home, I attempted to re-enact a stumble that I had had a few days ago in one of our lovely Geneseo potholes. Unfortunately, I overcompensated and basically wiped out on the concrete, as the ladies snickered and our boys helped me up whilst everyone laughed uproariously at my misfortune. It seems that the only person in the this world that can out-do my klutziness...is me. :)
I hurt. Ow. On the bright side, I have a lovely Lion King band-aid on my hand, and a smile on my face. I hang out with a great group of people.
What else do I have to say? I love my friends. I feel like I have a family here, and even though it's not always perfect, I know that I can count on them if I am in need. I love them.
Next year, I believe I am living in a townhouse with Christin, Christen, Barbara, and Jessica. It should be a lot of fun. Cari, Julie, Maria, and Caitlyn are living two houses away from us, and it has somehow been decided that our boys will live in between us. That should be interesting - as if they don't practically live with us anyways.
Let's see...oh. I have a job tutoring calculus. I make minimum wage, which will be going up in January. The only downside is all the paperwork and the fact that there's a long wait for their paychecks - so I basically won't actually be making money until January leaving me once again broke - literally. *sigh*
Not much else to say. I hope to see everyone over winter break! I miss you all!
