So the Breaking Benjamin concert was Tuesday night and it was amazing as always. There were two openers. The first was Dropping Daylight which I LOVED. The lead singer / pianist (yeah, piano, it was awesome) was flamingly gay lol. He rocked that piano though which was really cool. The second band was Evans Blue which I didnt like. They came out dressed like they were gonna be this hardcore death metal band but ended up sounding like ... something corporate or some bullshit music like that I hate. And to top that all off, all their songs were basically the same some with different lyrics, it was awful. Then of course Breaking Benjamin came on and they were awesome. Definitely their best show yet. I've seen them I think 4 times now, but definitely at least 3. There were a group of assholes right to the left of us the whole time which really pissed me off. They shoved themselves into the crowd where I was (I always get as close as I can get, and am usually within 6 people of the stage) where there was absolutely no room for them, everyone was sholder to sholder and chest to back packed in like sardines. They started the inevitable mosh pit which was gay cause you cant mosh to BB they were just doing it to be jerks. But anyways. The singer is so cute lol he gets all shy and stuff when you applaude really loud its cute. They played 3 songs off of their upcoming album which was cool. They played for a long time too, it was like an hour and a half set it was crazy. They did one encore in which they played "Blow Me Away".
Ive started to do crunches and stuff and I think Ive lost a pound or two which makes me happy.
I also ordered the proactiv system and got it today so we'll see how it turns out. Toni and I have basically the same exact skin and its been working for her so Im positive it'll work for me, I just gotta see how well it'll work.
My new store opens September 24th and we start moving September 5th. Dan Maryeski is moving back up here sometime in August and theres a 99% chance we'll be working together which is cool.
Movie's back on, yay!
