Ladies and gentlemen,
You are looking at Vanguard's Employee of the Month.
Don't ask me how in the hell THAT happened, because I'm not really sure. And, of course, the department manager presented the award on my day off, so I didn't even get a moment of glory- just my supervisor handing me my certificate of appreciation and my certificate for the best parking spot in the lot a few days later. At least my teammates clapped.
Although, I gotta tell you, that parking spot has been coming in VERY handy in this weather. :-)
