Rock on
Remember Ronnie?
If you don't know who Ronnie is, he was this kid that I started babysitting when I was about 12 and he was 5. I babysat him a lot back in the day. Then as we got older it was more like hanging out than babysitting.
Anyhow i just ran into his mom. Ronnie is eighteen now, which scares me.
But apparently he plays guitar now and he's all into classic rock. Which cracks me up. Because he was never into classic rock when I used to hang out with him all the time. He thought it was crappy and old from what I remember. But now he's seen the light.
I guess he's really into the doors and led zeppelin - which happen to be my favorite classic rock bands also. He has his hair all Jim Morrison style now, too.
I might hang out with him and jam sometime. Could be a lot of fun. Good ol' Ronnie.
Also of note is that I went to Quiznos alone today, and the guy was like "Where are your friends?" and I said "They're bums." and he said "Well since they aren't here I'll give you a free soda."
They are so familiar with Ted and Chandra and me at quiznos that they expect all three of us to show up together. That's awesome.
I'm broke as hell. I have enough money for food, rent and the two bills I owe and thats IT for the next two weeks. After that it gets better. But I am buying NOTHING that isn't essential until then. I was originally going to buy a DVD or two, and the new Fire Emblem but now I am NOT.
I'm also going to sell some of my extra stuff on e-bay.
