Why Does Driving Make You So Tired?

Six hours to Ivanhoe NC on Friday, 5 hour round-trip to Arapahoe and back on Saturday, 3 hour round trip to New Bern and back for dinner Saturday evening and then six hours back home Sunday. All that with me driving the whole time and also with a bunch of exhausting activity in between. I am SO tired

I am actually in the market for a good all purpose knife
in the kitchen at Beale Street we have a bunch of really crappy knives, so I wanted to get my hands on my own knife

I want a medium to long curve edged knife (7-10 in. long, 2 1/2-3in tall) that has a handle that won't make me hit my knuckles on the cutting board every time I cut, and also (if I can get it) some aspiration holes or grooves for cutting potatoes and tomatos and the likes

oh yea... and a case to cover the blade (don't want to cut myself when I'm riding to work) preferrably with a belt loop or something

I just have to find a way to get out to Chesapeake :-P
