I seriously wish you were on the panel of writers for TVD. I can only imagine the wonders you’d sling together for Bamon. The end of 4th of July where he tells her he’ll stand guard and that she should look up put the biggest smile on my face. If this were a scene, it would be on the number one list.

Bonnie’s Birthday
It’s as if she just needs to keep giving him shit to reassure herself of her feelings, that they aren’t changing and that she still hates him. It’s nice that she realizes that in the end.

Halloween
Something I wouldn’t mind seeing this year in S2. It might be a little too much to ask considering all the crap the writers tend to linger on but the fact that there is even a small taste of their anniversary about there is to good for words.

Thanksgiving
The image of Damon in an apron is fully imprinted on my mind and have no doubt that he’d actually go so far, his just that comfortable in himself. The interactions between her father and B/D made me smile. “I’ll have some of Bonnie’s pie.” - I bet he would, in a heart beat.

Damon’s Birthday
Bless your heart for even touching on the connection of brothers. I just love the fact that despite their supposed hate they can’t live without each other and Bonnie’s gift as a reminder of what once was, was so thoughtful.

Christmas
You seem to pace them so well. It’s not rushed and instantaneous confessions of love but confusion and knowing that they are actually slipping into the friend bound or beyond that. The mistletoe moment and her slip of course made me giggle like a school girl especially with her surprise gift!

New Year’s Eve
Love how you finished your fiction with the same way it started. It really was lovely and have to agree with Damon how things have changed, man - maybe if we’re lucky we’ll have the same kind of development in the following year.

This was beautiful all the same, the kiss not full-fledged, lets draw attention and get really kissy but it was totally appropriate and typically Damon. He knows how to play the game. I’m feeling all kinds of sorry for Bonnie purely cause I imagine she’ll be an hormonal mess.

Ah well, sorry this is so long but... i just felt it necessary to comment on everything I liked -no loved Great job with the character characterizations. You did an amazing job.

Thank you!

First of all, thank you so much! It makes me grin so much - it really does. This story turned into a bit of a monster for me and I am so glad that people have enjoyed it. Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed and wonderful review.

Good. I've returned the favor then since I'll probably be back to read this in the near, near future. *cough*tonight*cough*

It's a precious monster. I look forward to many of them popping up in future and think nothing of it. Praise is much deserved!
