In an effort to cut labor hours... they've given me two solo bake days instead of just one at Mighty O. I will be making and glazing donuts Mondays and Tuesdays now (I previously made them alone on Monday, but Sara Beth glazed them for me on Tuesday). I don't mind; I like making them to my specifications. Then I still work with Sara Beth on Wednesday, only she bakes and I glaze. OK, apparently I bake alone all three days I work, plus make all the glaze for the bakery (which includes not only what we sell in the store, but what we send out to cafes, coffee shops, and grocery stores like Whole Foods and PCC). Aaaah! We'll see how that works. It sounds a little stressful to me, but we'll see.
