When I snap my fingers...

Work goes by in lightspeed...I'm sure of it. Even in the most boring of times, the day never seems long enough. Got better acquainted with the Cravens House. Being at house where you give tours almost nonstop for over four hours is kind of stupefying. I think I went in a trance there for a while. Automatonic for sure. Apparently trances are good, though, because I got lots of compliments from my tourists.

Must remember to bring more water. All those tours warp my voice. By closing time, I'm sure I sounded like my entire day was a smoke break. It apparently threw off this group from Illinois because they asked me where my accent was from thinking that I wasn't American. Weird. They probably just expected me to have a southern drawl or some plantation mistress voice...only to be surprised by someone who decided to enunciate.

Was going to write more, but sleepy. Park will be crazy tomorrow as we have so many staff members gone. One boss is on annual leave to Disney World, another guide is on leave, our bookstore manager is off to shoot artillery in Kennesaw, our main Law Enforcer and supervisor is off. So, it's just us ladies and a Confederate reenacter. Add droves of park hungry tourists to this understaffed environment and we have the perfect recipe for insanity.

Tried to do that whole fandom thingie...not enough popular interests. Not enough interests in general it seems.

Sleepy.
