The bootcamp started last week and I can already feel a huge difference.
After the first workout, I was so sore and stiff that I could barely walk the next two days. After another three days (it mets three days a week), I'm already noticing that I don't feel like I'm two seconds away from dying when I'm jogging. I already feel the muscles in my arms instead of nothing and I'm noticing I'm getting some definition in my there and in my stomach :)

I'm also starting to eat pretty healthy; I had no idea how little proteins I get in my diet

I'll keep you guys up to date on this...
