I don't think either of us ditched anyone. We just liked our spot because it was away from other people and as comfortable as it could get there. You liked your spot. It didn't have to do with you or anyone around you, but the fact that we were all comfortable. I didn't call you afterward because everyone else had left and I was busy yelling at my parents about the evils of America. My parents got back around 10:15 so that is when we figured the fireworks were done. After the yelling it was around 11 and Lauren and I were going to call after we dropped Fitz off but realized that it was already 11 and there was really no point. And I didn't think your house was lame, I enjoyed it.
Anyway, I didn't mean for you to feel as if we ditched you and I don't think anyone who was with me did. We couldn't move when you called because Lauren was wondering around looking for a bathroom and didn't have her phone. Sorry.
yea, don't worry about it. I'm really ok. I just needed to bitch about something because I'm whiny. I figured out after I wortie this that I was over reacting, espeically after reading everyone's LJ about how they thought my house would be fun. I don't know, it was just a bad night.
i'm sorry you felt ditched. our not wanting to see the fireworks had nothing to do with you. i just don't like the fourth of july, and i always get into a mood. val and i had already made previous plans to do something with kyle around 9:30, otherwise we would have called you. also, my snide comments about god and republicans know no boundaries. it's like a permanent quality of mine. so if you ever feel uncomfortable when i'm ranting about something then just tell me, otherwise i'll be oblivious and i'll keep going.
i was the one who actually complained that i didn't WANT to talk about politics anymore. i'm sorry if we made you feel that way. i know you're over it, and i am too, i think both groups of us felt the same way. we got a table for everyone to sit at and thought you'd want to be with us, and you thought the same thing. it's all good, chelsea. and you ARE fun enough. which is why i love you.
