It's cold and I'm hung over

I drank way too much last night... and threw up a lot.... and I was still not sober when I woke up this morning.... I hate myself right now.
I was so embarassed... I made an ass out of myself in front of Mike... I don't know. I kinda feel like a really shitty friend.
I feel sick.
