I went to Electric Ladyland today with Laura to talk to the artists about our tatoos. Mine was so easy and cheap that I decided to just go ahead and get it today. I was afraid I'd chicken out otherwise (if I had a whole day to think about how much it might hurt). It was a little painful, I'm not gonna lie. Especially when they hit those veins and nerves. But it was over pretty quickly and I really like it. It's a gorgeous shade of blue. Bigger than I imagined, but that's okay too. My family is gonna freaking die when they see it though. That's a promise. Anyway, thanks to those who offered to go with me. I tried to call Sam to come join in on the fun, but alas, she was busy. Perhaps I'll get another one someday down the road...maybe. :-)
