so update to this
http://community.livejournal.com/beautifulcurves/3961432.html A friend of mine hung out with him this weekend, was flirty and cuddling with her while watching a movie. Now she is not anorexic, but she's not as big as me. So then on Monday he emails her and is like, "I'm not romantically attracted to you, you have a cute face and

But anyway, I really get annoyed at that kind of guy, the kind you just mentioned, grrr. Some of them really don't mean to offend and see nothing wrong with their comments even though 80% of other people would see those comment as "jerky".
Still, I know people like him. Workout freaks. That's what happens when someone gets really fit and buff... they get cocky. I once threw myself all over some buff dude even though he treated me like shit and I have no idea why I still fawned all over him. And he tolerated me but wasn't really into me. Said he only dated models (This was high school and I was a size 8 at the time and that was too big for him, I guess, damn him.)
But yeah, some guys are like that and they don't think anything jerky of it at all even though it's very rude, in my opinion. They don't see any reason why anyone would be happy a few extra pounds on them even though there are plenty of people happy with being average or above average weight.
I also have another friend who was like this guy, only he was really a good friend of mine (despite the fact that we used to argue all the time, hee!). I used to yell at him for obsessing about his muscles and how thin he was. 'Course he didn't listen until he settled down and gained 75 pounds after he stopped with the working out and starving himself! LOL. Then I was like, "Isn't so easy to be fit and trim, now is it?" So, he isn't so cocky anymore.
Anyway, my point - not all men are like that, seriously. And if they are, they've got some growing up to do. Most men I know do NOT want a Barbie doll.
