Twenty Irises~
Sudden as all this is I find it quite nice to be back here, if only for a while. It's been so long since I left the UK I must confess I missed it somewhat, and the visits I have managed to fit into my schedule are always too brief.
A pity the children can't see this, but I suppose they will soon enough. I can trust that they are being taken care of in my sudden absence at least, as well as that paperwork. Still, I know certain people who should benefit from this spontaneous break from work. [Talking to you husband, she can guess you'll be reading this.]
Anyway, I hope everyone has been doing well. I know these times can be difficult but it's all we can do to strive forward and hope for the best. That's what got me through those times to the happiness I enjoy today.
