new job!
so i put in my two weeks notice at applebee's tonight! fabulous!!! i actually got offered a job at goodwill farms, where i've been voluteering for almost three years now. i start tomorrow with 40 hrs of training, and am soooo excited! i get paid alot to do what i've already been doing for so long, and i can do homework while working! and basically am naming my own schedule! so be happy for me.
ummm so i guess i haven't updated in awhile, as my slightly stalker boyfriend reminds me. life is good, i guess. i seem to have every freakish prof in the business department this semester, which will be interesting, to say the least.
next week i'm heading to minneapolis with 20 or so business students for a plant trip, in which we wil be touring northwest operations, wells fargo headquarters, a brewing company (free samples!), and the mall of america center of operations, followed by shopping, naturally. im pretty psyched because i only paid 25 bucks, i get to miss two days of classes, we get a charter bus, and apparently all three days are filled with boozing. yay! i'm totally packing a bottle of wine and some other sundries in my bag for the bus ride.
and i am definitely way over the snow. it can begin melting at any point. and its cold. damn the cold. i miss being able to go to class without my hair freezing.
