Finally some POSITIVE comments about work....
I love my new job at MERCY. I really do.
and notice that there isnt even a "BUT" at the end of that sentence- i just really honestly love my job. I can see myself there for a long time- i just pray to be able to move forward when i have enough days under my belt.
The plan is- to keep on doing what i am doing (my supe is very impressed and thrilled with my performance) and stay OUTSIDE of my comfort zone to move ahead. I have been very vocal about improvements and my opinion- no matter how scary it has been.... (i'm unintentionally causing A LOT of WAVES)- and i'm afraid to cause any more drama and have everyone end up hating me. I have been getting A LOT OF VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE and i am very passionate about the things i am saying and doing. So *deep breath* i'm going to stay in my BIG GIRL PANTS and act all growed up at work and hopefully it will pay off in the end.....
