Women are insane
My work shoes met an untimely demise a couple weeks ago due to a burned out light bulb and a picky cat that would rather crap on the floor then in the box...
They were a good pair of shoes, 2 years probably 6 days a week, and I never had a complaint with them. Being my usual thrifty self I have put off buying new shoes. However, the only other pair of black shoes I have are my black pumps. I am obviously not a heels kind of gal. The first time I wore them to the office L saw me in the parking garage and thought I was beyond pissed off from the look on my face. On the days that I can't get away with sandals or hiking boots I wear my dress shoes, but I only wear them from the car to my desk. Then they live under my desk until its time to leave and I run around the office in my socks.
Tonight at my real estate seminar I ended up wearing the damn things for hours. Western foot binding torture devices.
Why and how do women wear those things all day?
